Return & Warranty Policy

 

Please note that we only process return and warranty for the items purchased from Nitze. If you have any question about the item purchased from our dealers, please contact them directly. Besides, special deals products are final sale only and cannot be returned. All the determinations is subject to Nitze.

 

7 Days DOA Return Policy

 

If you find the following situations happen to your order item(s), you are eligible to request a DOA return:

l  Damaged on arrival

l  Wrong item

l  Missing Accessories

l  Unusable item because of the quality issue

 

How to apply:

1.     Please send an email with the pictures or videos explaining the issue to sales@nitze.hk within 7 days from the date you receive the package. Please note that the picture of the entire package / box is also needed.

2.     Our customer representative will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the reported issue. After approving the DOA return, you will receive a "Return Instructions" and RMA number via email.

3.     Please send the package in accordance with the "Return Instructions". The return item should be in new condition without traces of use and in original packaging.

4.     The shipping fee is borne by Nitze. We recommend you ship via an insured service with tracking number. Nitze is not responsible for the lost packages.

5.     After the returned item passes our inspection, you will get a refund of the product purchase price and the shipping fee. If the item is not in its original packaging or has traces of use, you may need to pay up to 15% of the restocking fee depending on the situation, as we cannot resell it as a new product.

6.     Refund will be processed within 7 working days.

 

45 Days Unconditional Return Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with the purchase item(s) for any reason, you can request a return within 45 days from the date of receipt of the product.

 

How to apply:

1. Please send an email with the pictures or videos explaining the issue to sales@nitze.hk within 45 days from the date you receive the package. Please note that the picture of the entire package / box is also needed.

2. Our customer representative will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the reported issue. After approving the return, you will receive a "Return Instructions" and RMA number via email.

2-Year Warranty Policy

 

If you find that the damage to your order item(s) is not due to the following reasons, you are eligible to request a replacement part or item(s):

l  Transportation

l  Unauthorized repair

l  Improper use

l  Normal wear and tear

1. Please send an email with the pictures or videos explaining the issue to sales@nitze.hk within 2 years from the date you receive the package. Please note that the picture of the entire package / box is also needed.

2. Our customer representative will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the reported issue. After approving the warranty, you will receive a "Return Instructions" and RMA number via email.

3. Please send the package in accordance with the "Return Instructions".

4. The return shipping fee is borne by the customer. Nitze will pay the shipping cost of the replacement item(s). We recommend you ship via an insured service with tracking number. Nitze is not responsible for the lost packages.

5. We will send you the replacement item(s) within 7 working days after receiving your returned defective item.
